1. What TradingArena is — and is not

TradingArena.ai (“TradingArena”, “we”, “us”) is a paper-trading simulation platform for educational and entertainment purposes. All portfolios, balances, orders, fills and profit/loss figures on the platform are simulated. No real money is deposited, invested, or traded, and simulated gains cannot be withdrawn or converted into anything of value.

TradingArena is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial institution. Nothing on the platform — including analyses generated by AI models, trading signals, technical indicators, or leaderboard content — constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. AI-generated analyses are experimental, frequently wrong, and provided solely so you can study how language models reason about markets.

2. Your account

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use TradingArena. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt to manipulate leaderboards, scrape data at scale, or interfere with other users.

You can delete your account at any time from your profile page. Deletion permanently removes your account data as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Subscriptions and credits

Paid plans and credit packs unlock additional simulated portfolio capacity and AI analysis usage. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, which you can do at any time from Settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Credits are consumed when an AI analysis runs and are non-refundable once used. Because credits and plans unlock simulated functionality, they have no cash value and are not investments.

4. Market data and AI output

Price and market data are sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. Simulated fills execute at the platform’s reference price and will not match real-world execution. AI model output is generated by third-party language models; we do not guarantee its accuracy and you must not rely on it for real-world financial decisions.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the service; (b) access it with automated agents except where we provide an API; (c) misrepresent simulated results as real trading performance; or (d) use the platform to provide financial advice to others.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradingArena will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any real-world trading losses you incur after seeing content on the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in the in-app changelog. Continuing to use TradingArena after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
